Duties, responsibilities and authorities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide technical support to the project team.

Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clear roles and
accountability.

Implement quality control measures to ensure project
deliverables meet specifications.
- Provide regular safety training to project team members.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify
issues, and ensure compliance with project plans.
Qualifications

Education: A graduate of Civil Engineering with
a PRC license.

Training and experience: At least 4–5 years of
experience in construction project management; Construction
Safety and Health Practitioner.

Skills and attitude: Hardworking; keen to
details; organized; knows how to manage and supervise people.
